>YTL Cement Showcases its ECO Product Range at MBAM OneBuild 2023 Exhibition
13 October 2023
YTL Cement recently took part in the Malaysia International Construction and Infrastructure Technology Exhibition, known as MBAM OneBuild 2023, organised by the Master Builders Association Malaysia (MBAM) at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC).
The event took place from 11 to 13 October 2023 and provided a platform for knowledge-sharing and networking among construction industry players. The three-day exhibition included various activities, including talks and exclusive seminars that highlighted the current and future landscapes of the digital construction industry in Malaysia, as well as efforts to shape the future of industrialisation and sustainable construction.
Highlighting the exhibition’s theme — Shaping the Future of Construction — YTL Cement set up an exhibition booth that gave visitors the chance to understand its comprehensive portfolio of products while learning about its extensive list of projects and achievements. The booth also featured an interactive video wall that allowed visitors to interact directly with the content, showcasing YTL Cement's commitment to sustainable construction and contribution to prominent projects like KLCC, Signature Tower, MRT, LRT, and the Penang Bridge.
The event was officiated by YB Dato Sri Alexander Nanta Linggi, Minister of Works Malaysia, on 12 October, who also paid a visit to the YTL Cement booth during a walkabout after the launch ceremony.
Clarisse Loh, Head of Sustainability at YTL Cement, also delivered a talk titled “Building a more sustainable future together” during one of the seminar sessions held at the exhibition.
