OBYU Tower

A unique, eye-catching, architectural building, the OBYU Tower (formerly known as Point92) was designed by the architect firm Zlg Design and stood on 0.92 acres of land, with total build-up of 200,000sqft of mixed materials.

Casted in-situ with our special mix of Agilia™ concrete, the contractors could bring the unique architectural features of the building to life, and at the same time, give the building its rustic, bare-finish look. Construction completed end of 2012 and the building was certified green building by Malaysians’ Green Building Index (GBI).
